Balloons, in all shapes, types, designs and sizes. Accessories to complement balloons and services (including decorating) concerning balloons!

What are your delivery costs?
Balloons in a Box are posted Special Delivery FREE. Customers ordering from our Warehouse may choose from Special Delivery at £6.50 or £4.50 Recorded Delivery, regardless of order size.
Is there a minimum order from the Warehouse?
No.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Amex. If sending a cheque if must clear (normally 5 working days) before the order is dispatched.
Are my credit card details secure?
Absolutely, all details on line are full encrypted and collections are made by Worldpay.
How do I know my Balloon in a Box will arrive on the correct date?
Your order will state your delivery date. The balloon will be sent Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery on the day prior to your deliver date (no guaranteed delivery on a Saturday)
Returns or Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you buy. Please contact us if there are any problems. Goods from the Warehouse which are returned unopened within 14 working days will receive a full refund.
How long will it take for you to dispatch goods from the Warehouse?
Please allow 7 working days although it is usually far shorter. If we experience difficulty obtaining goods from our supplier we will contact you.
How long do helium filled balloons last?
When filled with helium, a latex balloon will usually last twelve hours and then start to deflate. A microfoil balloon will usually last 4 to 5 days before it starts to deflate - very slowly.

  3. Folkestone Specials contains goods and services available for delivery within a 20 mile radius of Folkestone, although we can go further afield on request.

What about delivery times for Balloons in a Box?
You will be asked to put in a delivery date on your order. We will dispatch the balloon by Royal Mail guaranteed Special Delivery. The latest time we can accept orders is 4.00pm, (11.00am on Saturday for Monday delivery) on the day beforethe delivery date.Telephoned local orders can be delivered on the same day.
