Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, Switch and American Express. You may use the phone,fax or mail to place an order
Shipping And Handling
Carriage is included on all Balloon In a Box Packages. If delivery is delayed then the postage portion of the price will be refunded on all Royal Mail items (this amounts to approximately £4.05). This does not include non delivery due to recipient not being there. There is no refund for delivery delays on goods sent by courier.
Delivery Schedule
Every effort will be made to deliver your gift on the given date. Single Balloons in Boxes will be sent via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service and all larger items will be sent via Courier. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling conditions regarding delayed items. Please note Royal Mail states that Recorded Delivery may take 3-5 working days
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will either send a suitable alternative or if there is no similar balloon then we will call you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. On line transactions are made through "Worldpay".
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If a balloon arrives faulty we will refund the retail price of the balloon portion of the cost of the gift. Goods from the Warehousereturned unopened within 14 working days will receive a full refund
(with delivery deduction).
